Glucose testing strips make up 37% of listing share for the Diabetes Care category but drives more than 80% of the revenue. Over the month of October, the top 100 listings for glucose testing strips sold more than $180,000 with consistent sales across the month.
Leading brands dominate eBay.

There are over 30 brands of glucose testing strips represented on eBay, but Accu-check is the lead with 45% more revenue than the next strongest brand, Abbot, followed by True Metrix.
There could be an opportunity for higher priced bulk lots.

Buyers are coming to eBay to restock in bulk glucose testing strips. 60% of inventory and sales are for products & bundles under $25, but there are signs, with the spikes in Figure 3, that buyers are willing to pay higher price ranges - usually for larger bulk discounts and convenience.
